  • Improves sales and profits & customer satisfaction on Key Accounts;
  • Follows the evaluation of the strategy of the customer (purchasing, brands, logistic, services…) and identifies & valorizes opportunities for new business;
  • Identifies key unmet customer needs and assesses their potential;
  • Elaborates Customer Development Plan (CDP) for each major account;
  • Leads negotiations.
  • Develops and executes marketing strategies to meet the organizational objectives of profit and growth in the division;
  • Sets up the Marketing strategy notably by managing the marketing Mix for all Valeo Service's products lines, determining and managing the marketing budget and planning campaigns;
  • Supports the sales teams in close cooperation with the Sales Director;
  • Manages the marketing team by developing clear and challenging objectives;
  • As an ambassador of the division, participates in the international marketing network activities and projects.
  • Delivers the Turnover and Gross Margin objectives of his/her given product portfolio, thanks to a profound understanding of the aftermarket on the product line(s) and a close business support of Valeo Service divisions;
  • Drives market analysis to develop market expertise and addresses customers' expectations and users' needs;
  • Characterizes the competitive market environment and proposes the best 4P strategy to outperform competitors;
  • Business oriented, tracks and challenges forecasts, sales and margin of each divisions;
  • Responsible for car park coverage, constantly analyzes his/her products/brands/technology/price segment gaps to define the best range and products;
  • Manages product life cycles with a focus on Time-To-Market and aftermarket innovation;
  • Manages the marketing promotion budget and supports the participation of trade shows.
  • Delivers the division sales and Gross Margins and manages & animates the sales department;
  • Defines and deploys the commercial strategy, notably by recommending the distribution strategy
  • Sets up a strong business "acquisition plan";
  • Manages the sales force and customer's performance.
  • Manages his/her team of Sales Representatives & ensures that sales process is well executed.
  • Ensures the monthly turnover assigned to his/her area, for each customer & each product line.
  • Ensures the execution of each Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and Business Opportunity (BOP).
  • Identifies customer needs & leads negotiations with his/her key customers.
  • Fosters a very good customer intimacy.
  • Delivers sustainable profitable growth for the product portfolio thanks to 4P mix optimization;
  • Identifies and quantifies market potentials for the segments of your products lines, taking in consideration mega trends, consumer behavior, distribution trends…;
  • Proposes marketing strategy and action plans for his/her portfolio;
  • Supports the sales teams' prerequisites, notably by ensuring a proper marketing input regarding Demand Planning and Sales Forecasting.
